Salient Features :
The synthetic fiber in interlock braid gives the packing good tensile strength. The heavy PTFE impregnation reduces shaft scoring and heat build-up. It also makes the packing dense and thick ideal for crystallizing media. Style 38 has good chemical resistance, reasonable dimensional stability & mechanical strength to make it a good general purpose packing.
